Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Process Technician for our client in the Toledo, OH area. This is a direct hire position with great benefits and 401k.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Control: Initiate and adjust machine processes within tolerances; monitor injection molding cycles and resolve product non-conformity issues.

Setup & Tooling: Lead tool changes and setup of auxiliary equipment, including making all necessary water, hydraulic, and electrical connections.

Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues with injection presses, End of Arm Tooling (EOAT), ATIs, and robots.

Material Management: Manage resin/colorant flow via automated delivery systems; maintain hoppers, blenders, and weight bins; and perform resin inventory.

Quality & Safety: Maintain documentation in compliance with IATF16949 standards; participate in problem-solving events (QRPS); and operate cranes safely (certification provided).

**Requirements/Experience: **

Minimum of 3 years in plastic injection molding.

Technical Skills: Proven experience in processing plastics, setting tools, and robot programming/troubleshooting.

**Education: **

Associate degree in a technical field preferred (3+ years of relevant experience may be substituted).
