Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with production teams to address equipment-related concerns and improve processes.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in an injection molding environment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
