Job Overview:

Express is seeking an experienced and dedicated Road Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and closing of complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage all phases of road infrastructure projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.

  • Budget and Schedule Management: Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, government agencies, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

  • Risk and Quality Control: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies; ensure all work adheres to engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

  • Contract Management: Oversee all contract administration, including managing subcontractors, processing change orders, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.

  • Team Supervision: Direct and mentor project teams, including engineers, site supervisors, and administrative staff.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of progressive experience in managing road or highway infrastructure projects.

  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, local building codes, and safety regulations.

  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD).

  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
