What You’ll Do:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- Fabricate and assemble structural and machine components
- Perform SMAW (stick), FCAW (flux core), and GTAW (TIG) welding processes
- Adjust and set welding equipment properly
- Produce quality welds in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions
- Operate cranes, forklifts, and material handling equipment like a pro
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Engage in cross-training and continuous development because staying sharp is part of the gig
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Proficient experience with various welding methods (SMAW, FCAW, GTAW) and equipment use within heavy equipment manufacturing environment - must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
- Certifications: AWS D1.1/D14.1 certifications preferred but not required
- Physical Readiness: Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment safely
- Communication: Strong English skills (reading, writing, speaking)

REQUIREMENTS
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
- Ability to verify identity and employment authorization (Form I-9)
- Eligibility to access information or technology governed by U.S. export control laws (including 10 C.F.R. Part 810, EAR, and/or ITAR), where applicable
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with applicable laws
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen in accordance with company policy and randomize drug screens during employment
- Ability to meet the posted work schedule and work required hours
- Ability to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE when in or around the shop areas
- Willingness to complete required safety and compliance trainings
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to maintain professional conduct aligned with company values and expectations
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Industrial shop environment with exposure to machinery, moving parts, welding fumes, and fabrication noise.
- Regular standing, walking, reaching, lifting, bending, and working with hands/tools.
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required and provided
