Responsibilities

• Perform various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on a range of materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance welding skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding preferred.
• Proven experience as an industrial welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Familiarity with welding equipment, tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Welding certifications (e.g., AWS, ASME) are a plus.
