This position will support the finishing process for manufactured lift system components used in medical, residential, and mobility-related applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on spray gun experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce a clean, consistent finish in a fast-paced production environment. Skills and Experience Requirements

• Spray gun experience required

• Experience with industrial painting, production painting, automotive painting, or manufactured parts finishing preferred

• Ability to apply paint evenly and professionally to metal parts, components, or assembled products

• Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect finished work for quality and appearance

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing, assembly, or production environment

• Ability to work closely with assembly team members to keep production moving efficiently

• Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained

Job Responsibilities

• Paint and finish manufactured lift system parts and components

• Use spray painting equipment to apply a clean, consistent, and professional finish

• Prepare parts as needed before painting

• Inspect painted parts for coverage, quality, and overall appearance

• Work closely with the assembly team to support production timelines

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Follow company procedures for handling materials, tools, and equipment

Pay and Schedule

Pay is $18 to $24 an hour, depending on proven skills and experience. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
