Onstaff USA is currently recruiting for an industrial sewing professional. We are looking for a dependable individual who has an eye for quality, is willing to learn, and has a proven track record of productivity. Experience is required.

***Full Time

First Shift – 6:30AM to 3:30 PM

English as second language welcome.

Job Responsibilities

• Sew pre-cut fabric, vinyl or non-woven materials as pattern defines.
• Operate and maintain sewing machines including changing setup.
• Observe and be aware of quality standards and ensure that product is produced within specifications.
• Layout and mark patterns on material. Use scissors or electric knives to cut materials.
• To read, count, and write accurately to complete all documentation.
• Communicate product, material or process issues to Engineering.
• Promote and maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Job Requirements

• Previous industrial sewing experience preferably within upholstery manufacturing.
• Must be accustomed to physical tasks for long periods of time.
• Able to follow written instructions and understand processes. Read and interpret production orders.
• Willingness to work on a team or individually.
• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check, and drug screen
• Must follow company safety guidelines.
