**INDUSTRIAL SEWER – Pay Range= $20-$24/hr. **

This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a INDUSTRIAL SEWER for our manufacturing client to start at $20-$24/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

Our partner, a manufacturer in Frankfort, is seeking a skilled industrial sewer who has experience sewing soft goods and heavier fabrics (ex., leather). They are also open to candidates who have a versatile sewing background who is seeking a part-time position. Pay is based on experience.

• Read and understand work orders, patterns, technical drawings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Sew Standard productions and subcomponents using SOPS and work instructions

• Follow templates patterns, and approved samples

• Use tools: measuring tapes, drills, bag sealers to help package product

• Pull and stage materials

• Inspect completed work

• Accurately document completed work

• Maintain clean workspace

Location: Frankfort, IL

Schedule/Shift Details

• 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Mon-Thurs

• Open to take candidates who need part time (have to work at least 25 hours a week within the schedule listed above)

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced sewer

• Must be able to read and understand work orders, patterns, technical drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures.

• Experience sewing heavy fabrics

• An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.? The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment.? An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment.? Eligibility:? Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.? Entry dates into the 401(k) are:? 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.

The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.? As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
