Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish products according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, patterns, and work orders to determine sewing requirements.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain sewing machines and equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sewing or textile production is a plus.
• Proven experience as an industrial sewer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sewing techniques and fabric types.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot industrial sewing machines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
