We are seeking an experienced and motivated Industrial Refrigeration Project Manager to join our team in Bowling Green, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing refrigeration projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage industrial refrigeration projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to management and clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial refrigeration project management.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, design, and installation processes.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, HVAC) are a plus.
