Job Overview:

Position Summary: Under direct supervision of a manager, the Industrial Recruiter provides non-exempt and exempt staffing solutions for Inmar's Warehouse Operations. The Industrial Recruiter is responsible for overall management of the recruiting and staffing processes, including coordination with various temporary agencies. This position is onsite at our warehouse facility at 3845 Grand Lakes Way Grand Prairie, TX 75050.

Primary Accountabilities:

•Operational-

○ Responsible for full cycle recruitment, including liaising with warehouse management to understand staffing requirements, sourcing, advertising, interviewing, reference checking, screening and placement.

○ Support contract-based Recruiters while on assignment as needed.

○ Follow the prescribed contingency plan in the event placed candidates do not attend their assignment and replacements are required at short notice.

○ Assist with developing and maintaining a qualified and diverse candidate pool.

○Stay up to date on the HRIS recruiting module and enter all required data to support the recruitment process.

○ Provide weekly reporting on number of open and closed positions to the manager, hiring managers and Warehouse Operations leadership.

• Influence-

○ Work to maintain positive relations with temporary staffing agencies and vendors.

○ Contribute to the development of appropriate interview, selection and engagement processes to maintain a retention rate of better than 90%.

○ Negotiate wages, terms and conditions of employment with staffing agencies used for temporary workers, as needed.

○ Maximize the candidate experience to ensure that the Inmar brand is competitive in the marketplace and can continuously attract high quality talent.

○ Collaborate with business partners and other HR staff to ensure a positive, timely and thorough onboarding experience.

•Strategic-

○ Contribute to development and implementation of creative recruitment marketing strategies designed to identify qualified candidates. ○

○ Identify and research potential local competitors.

○ Stay abreast of current recruiting best practices.

○ Make recommendations to improve the warehouse recruitment process

Additional Responsibilities:

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Complies with all policies and standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Business, Human Resources or related field required

• 4-6 years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position required

• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office

• Working knowledge of social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram • Working knowledge of professional job boards, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor

• Familiar with HRI Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday

• Knowledge of employment law and compliance as related to recruitment
