Experience Needed:
Must have a strong background of working with an industrial construction company that performs millwright, rigging and mechanical work for manufacturing facilities (non-residential).
Must have at least 5 years of experience with project management & estimating for labor, manhours, equipment and materials required for new projects.
Must have a valid US driver’s license & social security card (must be a legal US resident).
Must have their own mode of transportation to and from work during the 90-day evaluation period. Afterwards, ProTeam could possibly provide a company vehicle and company fuel credit card.
Must be computer literate and able to work with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook Email, etcetera.
Must be physically able to walk a construction site and be on their feet for a full work shift, if/when required.
Must be willing to travel in/out of state to individual jobsites, when required.
Must be a team player and willing to follow instructions from our current management team.
Starting salary range is $90K – $100K for first year. Then, annual salary increases issued based on performance. Opportunity for up to 5% commission for profitable sales exceeding $1.5M per year.
Hiring and managing new hires.
Estimating projects by ascertaining all information required.
Produce sales letters that represent clients professional direction and avoid and misunderstanding of their scope of work.
Close sales using professional techniques while protecting company margins.
Provide all records and information required to the Office Manager for the financial system.
Track all sales and projects that maintain a history needed for financial institutions and future customers.
Provide budgets for projected sales growth that can illustrate future sales in no less than one (1) month and up to 12 (12) months.
Business development is considered an important part of this role which must track and maintain a steady flow of new opportunities.
The employee is responsible for all letters, forms, and information that flows from the office to customers, vendors, and other outside business which must represent clients professional appearance with accuracy that is close as possible for being true. This information must protect client from possible litigation.
