Job Description

Mi-Tech Tungsten Metals is hiring an associate to work in our powder room on 2nd shift. The powder room associate is responsible for pressing parts using cold isolstatic presses and process powder tungsten through various other processes. This position requires the ability to follow rigid standard of operating practices and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Identification of product whe storing materials per work instructions
• Complete all inprocess inspections, reports as instructed
• Equipment and material inventory
• Ability to communicate when issues are found when operating machines or issuing of product
• Maintain integrity of powder lots when selecting to use for setting up / processing jobs

Requirements:

• High school diploma / GED

• 1-3 year previous manufacturing experience

• Above average Math skills

• Able to use measuring devices or have the ability to be trained

• Able to lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, stoop, reach with both arms and hands
