Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
• Set up and operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns and curing ovens.
• Mix and match colors and types of powder coatings according to specifications.
• Inspect coated products for quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in powder coating is a plus.
• Proven experience in powder coating or a related field.
