Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Painter/Sandblaster to join our dynamic team in Chandler, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and applying coatings to a variety of surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet industry standards. Pay: $25-31/hr DOE

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces through cleaning, sanding, abrasive blasting, masking, and other preparation methods.
• Apply industrial coatings including primers, epoxies, urethanes, zinc-rich coatings, and specialty finishes.
• Operate airless and conventional spray equipment, brushes, and rollers.
• Mix coatings according to manufacturer specifications and project requirements.
• Inspect finished coatings for proper thickness, coverage, and quality.
• Maintain painting equipment and ensure all tools remain in safe working condition.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures, including proper PPE usage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Experience as an Industrial Painter in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or fabrication environments.
• Experience applying industrial coatings using spray equipment.
• Knowledge of epoxy, polyurethane, zinc-rich, and other industrial coating systems.
• Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret coating specifications and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and work in industrial environments
