## Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
Apply paint and powder coatings using various techniques and equipment.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Maintain and clean painting equipment and work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize hazards and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Document work performed and report any issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in painting or coating is a plus.
Proven experience as an industrial painter or powder coater.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to operate painting equipment and tools safely and effectively.
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in industrial painting.
