The Industrial Painter is responsible for maintaining and operating paint equipment to ensure high quality finish and appearance.

Productivity Bonus, paid quarterly. Average 2023 payout was $3/hour. Payouts are based on overall company profitability, and attendance

$2.00 an hour for night shift differential

$500 sign on bonus, paid after 90 days of employment
