About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team at Goldsboro, GOLDS. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and maintaining painting equipment. Your work will contribute to the overall quality and appearance of our products. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all painting tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as an Industrial Painter
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of different types of coatings and their applications
• Familiarity with painting equipment and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in painting or related field
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking
• Apply coatings using various methods such as spraying, rolling, and brushing
• Maintain painting equipment and ensure that it is in good working condition
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure that painting tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards

Skills:

As an Industrial Painter, you will use your knowledge of coatings and painting equipment to prepare surfaces and apply coatings to our products. You will also use your attention to detail to ensure that all painting tasks are completed to the highest standards.
