Eye 4 Group is seeking a skilled Industrial Painter & Fabricator to join our shop team. If you have hands-on experience with industrial or light industrial painting and take pride in clean, precise work, we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning, sanding, priming, and masking.
• Apply industrial and light industrial coatings using spray equipment to achieve consistent, professional finishes.
• Match colors, manage paint mixing, and maintain finish quality across production runs.
• Inspect painted surfaces for defects and correct as needed before sign assembly.
• Fabricate and assemble sign components including routing, cutting, gluing, welding, and finishing.
• Read and interpret design proofs, blueprints, and CAD files to ensure accurate builds.
• Operate power tools and shop machinery including welders, saws, routers, sanders, and drill presses.
• Assist with CNC operation as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on spray equipment and general shop machinery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Hands-on experience with industrial or light industrial painting and spray application (required).
• Strong surface prep skills - sanding, priming, masking, and finish inspection.
• Experience with industrial coatings, primers, and paint mixing.
• Fabrication, welding, or general shop experience a plus - we're happy to develop this side of the role.
• Ability to read and work from design proofs, blueprints, or technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in across shop needs.
