Industrial Painter (2nd Shift) – East Bethel, MN

Pay: $24.00 – $28.00/hr (DOE)

Shift: Mon–Thurs, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM

Job Overview

A manufacturing company in East Bethel is hiring an experienced Industrial Painter to prep and paint metal parts using HVLP spray equipment. This role focuses on coating quality, accuracy, and consistent production output.

What You’ll Do

• Prep and paint metal components using HVLP spray guns

• Inspect coatings for accuracy, finish quality, and proper thickness

• Read and identify products (stamping, marking, tagging)

• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work area

• Complete timekeeping, BOM updates, documentation, and print changes

• Assist with housekeeping and basic maintenance tasks

• Meet daily production goals with minimal supervision

What We’re Looking For

• Experience painting in a manufacturing or similar environment

• Strong HVLP spray experience (required)

• Ability to mix and apply epoxy, enamel, primer, and two-part coatings

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic tools

• Comfortable using computers for basic documentation

• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
