Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team, specializing in painting full dump/truck bodies and sub-assemblies. This role requires precision, speed, and a strong eye for aesthetics. You’ll be working with polyurethane enamel-based paints and Polane® primer sealers in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Paint large truck bodies (average 16’ long, 48–60” high) and components using wet-on-wet techniques.

• Apply high-pressure primer and low-pressure paint using spray guns; control flow and fan pattern manually.

• Work with metallic and non-metallic colors.

• Apply multiple light coats (up to 10) for metallic paints to avoid sagging and ensure proper coverage.

• Maintain high aesthetic standards; visual inspection is key to quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience with metallic painting is highly preferred. Please highlight this in your application.

• Prior experience in industrial or automotive painting environments.

• Familiarity with polyurethane enamel-based paints and spray gun operation.

• Ability to work from ladders and handle physically demanding tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Must be able to pass medical screening and respirator fit testing.
