NW Industrial Staffing is looking for an All-Star Industrial Painter for a Eugene Based company that prides itself in safety, innovations and the pursuit of improving its quality product line. This is an evaluation to hire opportunity for one of Eugene’s best manufactures that makes sure each employee has everything they need to grow and succeed in their career.

What we are looking for:

• The ideal candidate will have experience with surface preparation, coating applications, and workplace safety standards.
• 2+ years of industrial painting or automotive paint experience in a paint booth.
• Extensive paint prep experience.
• Knowledge of coating systems, paint application techniques, and surface preparation methods.
• Ability to operate spray-painting equipment and related tools.
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and coating specifications.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. at some stages.
• Can stand, stoop, bend, push and pull for an 8-to-10-hour shift.
• Previous use of hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, scraping, and masking.
• Mix paints, coatings, and solvents according to specifications.
• Experience using high pressure paint sprayers.
• Great precision and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Make sure you practice a safety first attitude.
• Previous forklift and overhead crane experience is preferred.

JOB DETAILS:

• Location: Eugene, OR. 97402
• Shift: Days
• Days: Monday – Thursday (Expect Overtime on Friday)
• Hours: 6AM – 4:30PM
• Pay: $20/h to $26/h DOE
