We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team in Danbury, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various industrial surfaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet our standards. Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finishes.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using spray equipment.
• Inspect completed work for quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment and tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in painting or industrial coatings is a plus.
• Proven experience as an industrial painter or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials.

You should be proficient in:

• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
