Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to support production and finishing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves surface preparation, coating application, and maintaining quality standards across a variety of materials and products.

Day One Expectations:

• Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.)
• Apply coatings using spray equipment, rollers, or brushes depending on application
• Mix paints and coatings to proper specifications
• Understand and follow coating thickness and curing requirements
• Maintain and clean painting equipment and work area

What We’re Looking For:

• Familiarity with spray guns and related equipment
• Ability to read basic work instructions and follow specs
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Willingness to assist in other areas of production as needed

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing setting with exposure to fumes, noise, and varying temperatures
• Use of PPE required
