Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team in Bardstown, KY. As an Industrial Painter, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance and durability of various surfaces through expert painting techniques.

-Weekend Shift

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
• Apply paint using spray equipment, ensuring even coverage and high-quality finishes.
• Mix and match paint colors to meet project specifications.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.
• Inspect finished work for quality and make necessary touch-ups.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial and commercial painting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety practices in painting and construction environments.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
• Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
