Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Painting Shop Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our liquid paint and powder coating department. This role is responsible for supervising approximately 10 employees while actively working alongside the production team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to customer specifications.

The successful candidate will oversee all phases of production, including surface preparation, blasting, masking, coating application, curing/baking, finishing, quality verification, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.

• Ensure compliance with SDS requirements and proper handling of coating materials.

• Maintain safe operation of blasting, painting, powder coating, and curing equipment.

• Promote and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
