Key Responsibilities

Surface Preparation

• Clean and prepare surfaces for painting by removing old coatings, sanding, masking, and applying primers as needed.

Paint Application

• Apply paints and coatings using spray equipment while maintaining consistent quality and coverage.

Paint Mixing

• Select, mix, and prepare paints and coatings according to specifications to achieve the desired color, finish, and durability.

Equipment Operation & Maintenance

• Safely operate and maintain spray painting equipment and related tools.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure equipment remains in excellent working condition.

Quality Assurance

• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Make adjustments and touch-ups as needed.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Properly wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial painting experience in a manufacturing or production environment required.
• Proficient with spray painting equipment, painting tools, and coating applications.
• Strong understanding of painting safety practices and material handling procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing facility is not climate controlled and temperatures may vary throughout the year.

Schedule

Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Saturday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
