Responsibilities

• Wind and assemble electric motor coils according to specifications.
• Inspect and test motors to ensure functionality and compliance with quality standards.
• Repair and replace damaged components in electric motors.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in motor winding is a plus.
• Proven experience in industrial motor winding or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
