MIG Welder – Job Description

We are looking for skilled MIG Welders. As a welder, you’ll help build high‑quality trailers by performing precise, consistent welds on steel components in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel frames, parts, and trailer assemblies

• Read and follow blueprints, measurements, and production specifications

• Set up welding equipment and ensure proper settings for each job

• Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy

• Grind, clean, and prep materials as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What You Need

• MIG welding experience (manufacturing or trailer welding preferred)

• Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and weld symbols

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast‑paced environment

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
