Job Details

• Troubleshoots, remove jams, makes adjustments and sets up equipment.

• Respond timely to any / all emergency equipment breakdowns. 

• Troubleshoots, removes jams, makes adjustments and sets up equipment.

• Communicates with tool room and maintenance concerning equipment.

• Assists in keeping assigned line or lines running and productive.

• Assess operational state of equipment, filters, oil, hydraulics, compressors, motors, pumps, plumbing, reports problems and determines course of action, as needed.

• Perform welding services as needed.

• Provide fork lift operation and maintenance. 

• While maintaining line productivity, assists in material handling and machine operation duties.

• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.

• Responsible for following all safety policies and procedures.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, with the goal of satisfying the customer.
