Job Description

We are hiring an Industrial Mechanic to support maintenance operations in a fast-paced insulated metal panel manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other production equipment.
• Perform welding and light fabrication on carbon steel.
• Complete preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns.
• Replace worn parts, align machinery, and support continuous production.
• Follow all plant safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications:

• Industrial maintenance or mechanical maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with welding, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and gearboxes.
• Manufacturing experience required; insulated panel or similar industrial manufacturing experience is a plus.
