We are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support equipment reliability and production operations in a fast paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs in a timely manner

• Support continuous improvement and equipment upgrades

• Maintain maintenance records and follow safety procedures

• Work closely with production and engineering teams

• Assist with equipment installations and project work

• Mentor junior technicians (Level IV and V)

Technician Levels

Level III

• Perform moderately complex troubleshooting and repairs

• Work with minimal supervision

• Support maintenance improvements and team initiatives

Level IV

• Independently troubleshoot complex equipment issues

• Lead maintenance projects and assist in training technicians

• Coordinate with vendors and other departments

Level V

• Serve as senior technical resource for maintenance operations

• Lead major repairs and improvement projects

• Develop training plans and help prioritize department workload

Qualifications

• 3 to 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience depending on level

• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments

• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime as needed
