Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
Support continuous improvement and equipment upgrades
Maintain maintenance records and follow safety procedures
Work closely with production and engineering teams
Assist with equipment installations and project work
Mentor junior technicians (Level IV and V)
Level III
Perform moderately complex troubleshooting and repairs
Work with minimal supervision
Support maintenance improvements and team initiatives
Level IV
Independently troubleshoot complex equipment issues
Lead maintenance projects and assist in training technicians
Coordinate with vendors and other departments
Level V
Serve as senior technical resource for maintenance operations
Lead major repairs and improvement projects
Develop training plans and help prioritize department workload
3 to 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience depending on level
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
Experience in manufacturing or production environments
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime as needed
