**
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and continuous improvement of machinery and mechanical equipment within a manufacturing or industrial facility. This role ensures minimal downtime and optimal performance of production systems through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

**Essential Functions
**
Walk the process with care and observation, engage with the operators on the operating status of process equipment and safety devices to ensure they are supported for success.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and perform necessary repairs.
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment such as conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and HVAC systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance logs, and parts inventory using the Limble software.
Install new machinery and assist with plant upgrades or modifications.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with emergency maintenance needs during off-hours when necessary.

**Work Environment
**
Must be able to work at heights up to 50 feet (including scissor lifts and boom lifts) and be comfortable working in confined spaces. Must have the ability to prepare for and work in any outside weather conditions. For example: hot, cold, rain, snow, etc.

**Medically qualified to wear respirator. **
Physical: Sitting, carrying, crawling, reaching, handling, fingering, feeling, talking, hearing and seeing, climbing (ladders of various height), maximum lifting of 100 lbs., with frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Aptitudes: Must possess the ability to understand the meaning of words and their ideas, as well as instructions and their underlying principles. Perform arithmetic operations quickly and accurately and possess eye-hand motor coordination.
Temperaments: Must have the ability to accept responsibility, perform duties under stress, adapt to situations requiring preciseness, and adapt to changing duties and responsibilities.
