With a prominent presence in the oil  & gas industry, Delta Screens collaborates with customers to select from a comprehensive line of standard configurations or manufacture screens to spec.  The team is composed of industry professionals with extensive global experience in completions, with specialization in sand control, and industrial filtration. 


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with a background in electrical systems, specifically three-phase electrical, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic systems. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and repair three-phase electrical systems, including motors, drives, and control panels.
  • Conduct maintenance and repair on hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, and actuators.
  • Inspect, test, and adjust equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in maintenance practices and safety protocols.
  • Follow all company policies and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with a focus on three-phase electrical systems.
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and on-call shifts as needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
  • Capacity to work in confined spaces and at heights.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
