Job Description

Holland Sharpe is actively adding to our maintenance team. We are seeking individuals with experience in a manufacturing setting as a maintenance technician mechanical or electrical. This position has multiple shifts availabe along with fantastic growth opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Perform mechanical/electrical maintenance duties safely, professionally, and to standard while following all company safety protocol.
• Maintain knowledge of the machines and remain up-to-date on predictive and preventive maintenance guidelines
• Diagnose problems with existing equipment/machinery
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain all manners of electrical components
• Inspect, clean, replace, and repair machines, motors, gearboxes, and other electrical components
• Maintain wiring systems; bend conduit and replace old wiring
• Replace guards, covers, and close control cabinets after work is completed
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
• AC/DC motor controls

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 2-5 years previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required.
• 3-5 years previous experience of Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and electrical
• PLC control logic is a plus
