NextMove Workforce is looking for dependable Industrial Maintenance Technicians, Machine Operators, Mechanics, and hands-on manufacturing professionals to join our team and connect with great industrial opportunities across the Tulsa area.

🔧 WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Operate and monitor industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, adjustments, lubrication, and repairs.
• Set up, adjust, and change over machinery for production.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
• Read work orders, blueprints, schematics, manuals, and equipment instructions.
• Identify equipment problems before they become “WE HAVE A PROBLEM” problems. 😂
• Assist with mechanical assembly, fabrication, welding, or repairs when needed.
• Help keep production running safely and efficiently.
• Document maintenance and repairs.
• Work alongside production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Jump in wherever your mechanical skills are needed.
