Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team! This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical skills who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, performing repairs, and keeping production operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has experience with general maintenance, mechanical repairs, industrial equipment, or facility maintenance. Candidates with experience in multiple trades are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify necessary repairs.

• Repair, replace, and install equipment components using hand and power tools.

• Assist with electrical, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and general mechanical repairs.

• Install, align, and maintain machinery and equipment.

• Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance issues.

• Read and follow equipment manuals, blueprints, and maintenance instructions.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Assist with facility repairs, including lighting, plumbing, floors, and other building maintenance.

• Operate equipment and machinery while following all safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of maintenance, mechanical, or industrial repair experience preferred.

• General knowledge of mechanical equipment and troubleshooting.

• Experience using hand tools and power tools.

• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge is a plus.

• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to assist where needed.

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift as required.

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

• Steel-toe safety boots required.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.
