What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician II, you’ll be part of our Manufacturing team located in Stanfield, NC. You’ll get to:
Assemble, disassemble, repair, rebuild, and overhaul machines in the shop to include cold form headers, thread rollers, and assembly machines.
Perform a variety of routine bench and machining operations on various parts.
Troubleshooting and repair of production equipment, building, and facilities components, to include pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, gas, and water systems.
Maintenance and repair of facilities.
Attendance and punctuality are critical. This includes punching in and out of work on time and reporting to work in a timely manner.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience in building maintenance including HVAC, fire protection, equipment set up/relocation, pipe fitting, industrial air compressors and driers, and routine preventative maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues in a timely manner.
Preferred - previous experience with welding and fabrication equipment, including oxyacetylene, arc-welding units.
Familiarity with various power and hand tools; how to use them safely (saws, drills, impacts, etc.)
Ability to successfully complete forklift and scissor lift trainings provided by the company.
Ability to communicate with various internal and external stakeholders about issues and challenges regarding their equipment
Continuous Improvement as it relates to safety, quality, people, delivery and cost
