**Industrial Maintenance Technician

**Location:

**¨NBSP;Sidney, OhioPay: $30.00/hour BOE

**Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance procedures and related maintenance duties on a wide range of machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
Conduct industrial maintenance activities including lubricating, repairing, rebuilding, troubleshooting, and cleaning production machines.
Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and hydraulic maintenance tasks.
Perform maintenance and repair work on lift trucks and other material-handling equipment.
Utilize the CMMS to create, update, and close work orders accurately.
Support and develop downtime reduction initiatives to improve equipment reliability.
Complete the required quarterly EBI Lites and participate in ongoing continuous improvement programs.
Work independently with limited direction while effectively prioritizing tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.

**Experience & Qualifications

Familiarity with complex machinery, electrical circuits, and industrial operating equipment.
Ability to work with limited supervision and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience performing preventative maintenance on a wide variety of equipment and facility systems.
Industrial maintenance experience including lubrication, repair, rebuilding, troubleshooting, and machine cleaning.
Experience assisting with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and hydraulic system maintenance.
Skilled in maintenance and repair of lift trucks and material-handling machinery.
Proficiency with CMMS systems for work order creation and completion.
Experience developing or supporting downtime reduction strategies.
Completion of EBI Lites or similar maintenance documentation requirements.
Strong commitment to safety, organization, and continuous improvement.
