We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on a wide range of industrial equipment to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime. This role requires a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
Diagnose and resolve equipment failures in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
Install new equipment and assist in line modifications or upgrades.
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders using a CMMS system.
Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and adhere to all company and OSHA safety policies.
Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory and ordering as needed.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to support operational needs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical field preferred.
2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance required.
Strong understanding of electrical systems (120/240/480V), motors, drives, PLCs, and sensors.
Experience with welding, fabrication, or HVAC is a plus.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environments (hot, cold, dusty, etc.).
EPA or HVAC Certification
