Maintenance Technician
Helion is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to support production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, performing repairs, and minimizing downtime to keep production running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings to diagnose equipment problems.
- Use HMIs to identify equipment faults and locate the affected sensor, motor, or other component.
- Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, sensors, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatic equipment, and related production machinery.
- Replace and repair sensors, motors, gearboxes, and other electrical and mechanical components.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience is required.
- Experience regularly reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Experience troubleshooting conveyors, sensors, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatic equipment.
- Ability to use an HMI to identify equipment faults and troubleshoot the physical component causing the issue.
