Maintenance Technician Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support operations in a fast-paced, clean manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with industrial machinery, preventative maintenance, and electrical troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting.

Mechanical Responsibilities

• Replace bearings and properly grease mechanical components
• Disassemble, repair, and rebuild pneumatic pumps
• Rebuild and repair valves and related process equipment
• Remove, inspect, rebuild, and reinstall gearboxes
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnose mechanical failures and complete repairs in a timely manner
• Maintain a safe and organized work area while following all company safety procedures

Electrical Responsibilities

• Safely work with and troubleshoot 480V electrical systems
• Replace motors and verify continuity using electrical meters
• Replace contactors, sensors, and other electrical components
• Read and interpret HMI displays to diagnose equipment issues
• Troubleshoot machinery and locate electrical or control-related problems on production equipment
• Assist with machine startup, testing, and operational verification after repairs

Qualifications

• 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to safely work with industrial electrical systems up to 480V
• Experience using multimeters and other diagnostic tools
