Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Knowledge of PLC functions
• Assist with machine repairs as needed 
• Use of various hand tools
• Minor electrical maintenance in areas such as motor replacement, fuses, and switches. 
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Keep work areas clean
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ year experience with hydraulic systems 
• Have or the ability to obtain necessary tools
• Understanding of shop math, 
• Ability to lift to up to 50 pounds. 
• Able to wear all required PPE.

• Blueprint Reading
• PLC Troubleshooting Skills
• Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans
• Electrical Schematics
• Electrical Troubleshooting Skills
• Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
• Pneumatics Experience
• Hydraulics Experience

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Calipers and Micrometers
• Servo Motors
• Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
• Conveyor Systems
