Industrial Maintenance Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shift

PAY & SCHEDULE

• $25–$31/hour, based on experience

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

• Unlimited overtime opportunities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment, conveyors, motors, and mechanical systems.

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures using schematics and diagnostic tools.

• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Maintain and repair HVAC/R, refrigeration, and facility equipment.

• Document repairs and work with the maintenance team to resolve equipment issues.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience required

• Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience

• Experience maintaining and repairing conveyor systems

• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

• Experience with HVAC/R, refrigeration, or similar equipment

• Comfortable working in a refrigerated manufacturing environment

• Valid driver's license

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• PLCs, VFDs, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics

• MIG/TIG welding

• Food manufacturing or commercial equipment maintenance
