## Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with production teams to address maintenance needs and improve processes.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts.
Adhere to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the facility.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in maintenance practices.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in an industrial setting.
