Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial facility equipment and machinery.
• Facility Upkeep: Perform general maintenance tasks throughout the building to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Grounds Maintenance: Handle outdoor upkeep and seasonal grounds work as needed.
• Preventative Care: Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they cause downtime.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Previous maintenance experience specifically within an industrial or manufacturing facility is required.
• Communication: Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical issues and status updates to the team.
• Work History: A stable, "solid" work history demonstrating longevity and reliability with previous employers.
• Physical Stamina: * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Comfortable pushing, pulling, standing, bending, and stooping for the duration of shift.
