Job Description

We’re hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production equipment in a fast-paced environment. This role involves mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and responding to equipment issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to wire a 3-phase motor and use a meter for troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of PLCs (inputs/outputs from HMI)
• Strong attitude and work ethic; looking for a go-getter willing to learn

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and daily equipment walkthroughs
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Work on motors, gearboxes, belts, chains, sprockets, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose and repair electrical panels and controls
• Respond to equipment downtime and urgent maintenance needs
• Communicate with operators to resolve issues quickly
• Track and complete work orders using tablets and laptops
