(7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) with a 3-2-2 Rotational Schedule
You will be responsible for ensuring that production equipment—including plastic molding machines, auxiliary systems, and robotics—operates safely and efficiently. A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement is essential.
Safety & Compliance:
Uphold a “safety first” mindset by following OSHA guidelines and company safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage, and housekeeping standards.
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, and Food Quality regulations when applicable.
Machinery Diagnosis & Repair:
Identify, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, applying knowledge of PLCs, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles.
Troubleshoot malfunctions in various equipment such as plastic molding machines, auxiliary systems, and robots, ensuring timely corrective actions.
Maintenance & Preventative Tasks:
Perform scheduled maintenance, including preventative and predictive inspections, to maximize equipment uptime.
Execute routine repairs such as fixing air leaks and maintaining proper lubrication and fluid levels.
Installation & Collaborative Support:
Assemble, install, and repair wiring, electronic components, piping, and mechanical assemblies as needed.
Collaborate with external vendors to order spare parts and supplies, and assist fellow team members with support tasks across shifts.
Documentation & Communication:
Record repair activities, maintenance tasks, and equipment performance notes clearly for handover to subsequent shifts.
Communicate equipment malfunctions and corrective actions effectively to supervisors and oncoming shift personnel.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
A minimum of five years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Experience working with blow molding machines and conveyor systems is beneficial.
Proficient with basic computer functions and Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Apple iPad devices is a plus.
Physical & Personal Attributes:
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work comfortably in varied temperature conditions.
Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Effective communicator with strong teamwork skills and a professional, respectful attitude.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must provide your own basic set of tools.
