As a leader in blow molding and injection molding, Flexcraft is seeking a skilled and motivatedIndustrial Maintenance Technicianto join our growing team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. The Maintenance Technician reports to the Plant Engineer and is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plant equipment and systems in accordance withISO 9001:2015,cGMP, and Flexcraft's operational standards. This position plays a key role in supporting production efficiency, safety, and equipment reliability across the facility.

What You’ll Do

• Performpreventive, corrective, and emergency maintenanceon blow molding, injection molding, and auxiliary equipment (e.g., extruders, conveyors, chillers, compressors).
• Troubleshoot and repairmechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electricalsystems—including up to 480V, three-phase power.
• Maintain and monitorcritical facility infrastructure, including HVAC, DI water, compressed air, vacuum, lighting, and computerized building systems.
• Collaborate withengineering and production teamsto minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Document all maintenance activities in theComputerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Supportroot cause analysisand continuous improvement efforts to drive reliability and performance.
• FollowOSHA safety regulations, Flexcraft policies, and clean work area standards.
• Assist withequipment installation and relocationas needed.
• Fabricate partsusing hand tools and basic machine shop equipment; welding skills a plus.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Education & Experience

• Completion of a technical training program or2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in aplastics or pharmaceutical manufacturingenvironment.

Technical Skills

• Strong working knowledge ofmechanical systems,electrical systems,pneumatics, andhydraulics.
• Experience in aheavy industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proficient withequipment manuals, technical schematics, and PLC troubleshooting (programming a plus).
• Familiarity withISO 9001,GMP,Lean manufacturing, and5Sstandards.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CMMS (e.g., IQMS).

• Proactive andsolution-orientedmindset
• Strongteam playerwith excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Flexible and willing to take on new challenges

Physical Requirements

• Must regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 70 lbs
• Comfortable withstanding, bending, kneeling, andclimbing ladders or steps
• Ability to work atelevated heightsand intight spaces

Available Shifts – 12-Hour Schedule (2-3-2 Format)

We currently operate on a 12-hour shift schedule using a 2-3-2 rotation, which means:

You work 2 days, then have 2 days off

Then you work 3 days, followed by 2 days off

Then you work 2 days, and the cycle repeats

This allows for a consistent rotation and includes every other weekend off.

Shift Times:

Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

You should be proficient in:

• Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans
• Maintenance and Repair Skills
• Machine Safety Inspections
