We are hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a well-established manufacturing facility in the Nashville area. This is a hands-on, multi-craft maintenance position supporting increasingly automated production equipment.
One of the biggest benefits of this opportunity is the overtime structure. Technicians are typically scheduled around 50 hours per week and receive DOUBLE TIME for hours worked over 40. Additional Saturday overtime may also be available.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery and automated equipment
Work with 3-phase motors, VFDs, sensors, controls and electrical wiring
Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Troubleshoot conveyors, robotics and other automated equipment
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
Diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime
Assist with minor PLC troubleshooting and edits when needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment
Mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance experience
Experience with VFDs, motors, conveyors or robotics is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Must be willing to perform both electrical and mechanical maintenance
Compensation & Benefits:
$32.50–$35.50/hr starting pay depending on skill level
$1.00/hr night shift differential
DOUBLE TIME for overtime hours over 40
Scheduled overtime with additional overtime opportunities
Pay increases after 90 days and again after 1 year
